Kristin C. Peck is a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Zoetis, Inc. (ZTS) based out of Parsippany, New Jersey. Zoetis is a global leader in the animal health industry, focused on the discovery, development, manufacture and commercialization of medicines, vaccines, diagnostic products and services, biodevices, genetic tests and precision animal health technology. Peck earlier served as executive vice president and group president, of U.S. Operations, Business Development, and Strategy at Zoetis. Peck piloted Zoetis through an Initial Public Offering in 2013 and has implemented several key strategy changes.
Earlier, Peck served as executive vice president of Worldwide Business Development and Innovation at Pfizer Inc. and as a member of Pfizer's Executive Leadership Team.
Peck also held key roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal as well as in private equity and real estate finance at The Prudential Realty Group, The O'Connor Group and J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Peck holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Peck serves on the board of the asset management firm BlackRock. She is also a member of the Business Roundtable and a Board member of Catalyst, a non-profit that helps companies around the world accelerate women into leadership.
Peck is also on the Advisory Board for the Deming Center for Quality, Productivity and Competitiveness at Columbia Business School. She was named by Barron’s as a top CEO of 2022, and by Fortune as a 2020 Businessperson of the Year.
